| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/06/2016 18:01:40 | Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 17, 2016, inter-alia, to consider the recommendations of Committee of Directors for transfer of 500 MW Jaypee Bina Thermal Power Plant of the Company to its Subsidiary Company.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from June 15, 2016 (5.00 PM) to June 21, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities. |
