1. Finalized the appointment of Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
2. The Company has renamed three committees viz. Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee as per provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. |
