Further as per the Company's code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees and their relatives, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ending March 31, 2016 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from May 20, 2016 to till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. |
