| Exchange Disseminated Time | W. S. Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the Business Reorganization Proposal which is yet to be completed. Board of Directors vide the powers vested on them as per the Companies Act have passed a resolution to extend the Financial Year by 3 months comprising of 15 months from October 01, 2013 till December 31, 2014.
However, in order to align the financial year with April - March as per Companies Act 2013, the Company proposed to extend the current Financial Year by another period of 3 months and thus ending the year on March 31, 2015 and has secured the approval of the Board of Directors in this regard.
Accordingly, the Company had submitted application to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Chennai for extension of current Financial Year for 3 months upto March 31, 2015 and same has been approved by ROC. Thus current Financial Year of the Company will cover a period of 18 months commencing from October 01, 2013 to March 31, 2015. |
