| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/02/2017 16:39:43 | Vindhya Telelinks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia:
1. to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2016. The Quarterly results shall be submitted for a "Limited Review" by the Statutory Auditors of the Company; and
2. to consider and approve issuance of Rated Unsecured Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs.50 Crores on private placement basis subject to outcome of Special Resolution moved for approval of the members of the Company through Postal Ballot Notice dated January 03, 2017.
Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company would remain closed for the designated employees and connected persons covered under the said code of the Company from February 01, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
