1. Appointment of Mr. Surya Prakash Sinha as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. October 12, 2015, to hold office till the date of next Annual General Meeting. He has also been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company for a period of 3 (three) years w.e.f. October 12, 2015, pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Appointment of Mrs. Anu Sharma as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. October 12, 2015, to hold office till the next Annual General meeting. She shall be Woman Director under the category of Independent Non Executive Director of the Company.
3. Resignation of Mrs. Richa Jasrapuria from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. October 12, 2015.
4. Resignation of Mr. Ankit Agarwal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 11, 2015. |
