| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 and sub-clause (1) of clause 8 of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India vide their Notification F.No-4/5/2012-BO-l dated August 07, 2013, has appointed Shri. R. Athmaram (DoB :27.10.1956) General Manager, Andhra Bank, as Executive Director of the Bank of Maharashtra with effect from the date of his taking over charge of the post and upto October 31, 2016, i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier. |
