| Exchange Disseminated Time | TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, Inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with new SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Share of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company, with effect from May 18, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall reopen from May 30, 2015. |
