1. Approved the Fresh Listing Agreement executed with the BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 109 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and authorised Mr. Jaiprakash Mishra, Managing Director of the Company to sign the same
2. Approved the Policy on determination of materiality of events pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
3. Took the note of the Statement of Investor Complaints pursuant to Regulation 13 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. |
