Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s securities shall remain closed from April 30, 2016 to May 11, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct” framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
