- To consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2016 and to consider & to recommend the final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016, if any.
Further, that in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and other designated employees of the Company. |
