In terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ('the Code'), the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 21st January, 2018 to 4th February, 2018 (both days Inclusive), inter alia, for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results by the Company.
