Further, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the DBSIL (Code of Conduct for Insider Trading) Rules, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from October 30, 2015 till November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading window shall re-open on November 09, 2015. |
