Further, pursuant to Company's “Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders”, the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company's equity shares for Designated Persons from May 16, 2017 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017. |
