| Exchange Disseminated Time | Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2014.
The Board will consider recommendation of Dividend, if any for the financial year 2013-2014.
Further the Company has informed that, as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window will remain closed from April 23, 2014 upto 24 hours after the announcement of results to the Stock exchanges i.e. May 03, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all the Directors and Designated Officers of the Company. |
