| Exchange Disseminated Time | Forbes & Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 3, 2015 to approve the Unaudited Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 with the Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
In accordance with the Company’s ‘Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices’, the Trading Window would remain closed from July 27, 2015 and shall open 48 (Forty eight) hours after the results are made public.
