| Exchange Disseminated Time | Triveni Turbine Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved/decided :
1. not to recommend any final dividend on the equity shares and the two Interim dividends of Re. 0.40 and Re. 0.70 per share declared by them at their meetings held on November 06, 2015 and March 16, 2016 respectively, aggregating to Rs. 1.10 per share be considered as final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016;
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Dhruv M. Sawhney as Managing Director (designated as Chairman & Managing Director) and Mr. Nikhil Sawhney as Managing Director (designated as Vice Chairman & Managing Director) for a period of three years and five years respectively effective May 10, 2016, subject to the requisite approvals. |
