| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/05/2016 18:23:31 | Jindal Poly Films Ltd has informed BSE that next Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016 to take on record, inter alia, the followings:
1. to consider and approve Audited Financial Results ( Standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
2. to consider and recommend final dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
3. to issue and allot 17,38,700 (Seventeen lacs thirty eight thousand seven hundred), fully Paid-up Equity shares of Rs.10 (Ten) each, to the Equity shareholders of Jindal Photo Limited, as per exchange ratio , as on record date (May 13, 2016) in terms of Scheme of Arrangement among Jindal Photo Limited (Transferor Company) and Jindal Poly Films Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from May 17, 2016 to closing the business hour June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the financial year ended March 31, 2016. |
