| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :
1. The Board of Directors of the Company took on record the completion of the Buy-back of equity shares of the Company;
2. Subject to approval of members at the general meeting, the Board of Directors have proposed to re-appoint Mr. Asit A. Patel, Managing Director of the Company for further period of 5 (Five) years w.e.f. June 01, 2014;
3. The Board of Directors of the Company have approved change in designation of Mr. Anand A. Patel, Whole-Time Director of the Company to Director of the Company w.e.f. September 15, 2014 keeping other terms and conditions unchanged. |
