| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Panchmahal Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2013, inter alia, has approved the change of Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company from "MCS Limited” to "MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited" having its registered office at 12/1 /5, Manoharpukur Road, Kolkata - 700 026, which will be effective upon completion of required formalities. The existing Registrar a Share Transfer Agent, MCS Limited, Vadodara will continue to provide the share registry services to the shareholders of the Company till the change takes effect. |
