| Exchange Disseminated Time | Wanbury Ltd has informed BSE that the Company' Current Accounting Year has been extended and now it will be for 18 months from 1st April, 2013 to 30th September, 2014 instead of 12 months from 1st April, 2013 to 31st March, 2014.
Therefore the Company will submit to Stock Exchange Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 31st March, 2014 & 30th June, 2014 and Annual Audited Financial Results for 18 months from 1st April, 2013 to 30th September, 2014.
The approval received from the Office of Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt, of India on 21st March, 2014. |
