- To fix the Issue Price, Issue Size, Entitlement Ratio, Fractional Entitlement and Record Date for determining eligibility of the shareholders to whom the equity shares are to be issued under the proposed Rights Issue of the Company.
Further, in view of the above, the trading window for dealing with Equity Shares of the Company has been closed with immediate effect and shall continue to remain closed until September 06, 2016. |
