Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company will continue remain closed upto and including June 02, 2015 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares. |
