| Exchange Disseminated Time | CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Allotment Committee of Directors held on October 18, 2013, the Company has allotted equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1/- each, as follows :
1) 1,31,350 (One Lakh, Thirty One Thousand, Three Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value Re. 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 (ESOS - 2011) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 579.88 per share; and
2) 15,070 (Fifteen Thousand and Seventy) equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value Re. 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 1,060 per share. |
