1. Shri Shashi Ranjan Kumar has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of MTNL in place of Shri V. Umashankar.
2. Shri V. Umashankar has ceased to be the Director.
3. Shri AshoK Mittal has been appointed as Independent Director on the Board of MTNL.
