The Company has completed the despatch of the postal ballot notice and postal ballot form to its members on July 25, 2017 and has issued an advertisement to that effect in English and Marathi newspaper dated July 26, 2017 for the information of its members.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the postal ballot notice dated July 19, 2017 and copy of the newspaper advertisement for your record.
