1. Consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014.
2. Consider recommendation of Dividend, if any.
Further, pursuant to the provision of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the trading window shall remain closed from May 22, 2014 to May 31, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
