| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mukand Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on January 30, 2014, inter alia, has decided the following in relation to the proposed rights issue of equity shares of the Company ("lssue"):
1. Rights Issue Price:
Rs.21 /- (Rupees Twenty One only) per Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 11 /- per share).
2. Rights entitlement ratio for the Issue:
One Equity share for every One Equity shares held as on the record date.
3. Issue Size:
Issue of equity shares on rights basis to the existing equity shareholders would aggregate to Rs. 153.54 Crores approximately.
4. All the equity shares to be issued pursuant to the Issue shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company. |
