| Exchange Disseminated Time | Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2016 to consider and take on record the Reviewed Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31, 2015 (Q3).
Further, as per PNB Code of Conduct and Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading & Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices in term of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from February 03, 2016 to February 10, 2016 (both dates inclusive) for Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank. |
