| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Jagran Prakashan Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have allotted 1,56,43,972 shares of Rs. 2 each to Suvi Info-Management (Indore) Private Limited, shareholder of Naidunia Media Limited on March 16, 2013 in terms of the Scheme of Arrangement between Naidunia Media Limited and Jagran Prakashan Limited, as per the share exchange ration of 1000(One Thousand) fully paid Equity Share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each of Jagran Prakashan Limited shall be issued and allotted for every 11,176 (Eleven Thousand One Hundred and Seventy-Six) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each held in Naidunia Media Limited. |
