| Exchange Disseminated Time | Peacock Industries Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 203(1)(iii) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2015, appointed Mr., Narendra Bhanawat, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect due to preoccupation of Mr Sanjay Bolia.
Consequently, Mr. Sanjay Bolia has relinquished the Charge as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the said date. |
