| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/03/2016 08:19:47 | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 28, 2016 regarding Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on March 07, 2016, inter alia, to consider the matter relating to tenure of key managerial personnel and change, if any, in key managerial personnel of the Company, Anik Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said meeting, the board will also consider the proposal for sale and transfer of the Dairy business of the Company.
Further, the trading window will remain closed upto March 09, 2016 for all directors & designated employees of the Company as mentioned in the original notice of Board Meeting dated February 28, 2016. |
