5. Approved appointed of Mr. Ram Swaroop Chaudhary, Mr. Vishal Jain, Mr. Mahesh Gupta, Mr. Pawan Lalpuria and Mr. Pritam Goswami on non retiring basis for 5 years (Subject to approval of shareholders in General Meeting).
6. Approved Related Party Transactions u/s 188 of Companies Act, 2013 (Subject to approval of shareholders in General Meeting).
7. Approved adoption of new Articles of Association of the Company (Subject to approval of shareholders in General Meeting).
