1. Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited - 4,408,045 Equity Shares
2. IL&FS Financial Services Limited - 4,491,955 Equity Shares
The Equity shares allotted as mentioned above, including their pre-allotment holdings shall be subject to Lock-in requirement as per the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. |
