The Company did not have any other subsidiary earlier.
As required under the aforesaid Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the Listing Regulations, we hereby intimate that the Company has opted / decided to submit only standalone quarterly and year-to-date financial results to the Stock Exchanges for Financial Year 2017-18.
