1. To consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 18 months period ended March 31, 2015;
2. To consider recommendation of dividend for the period ended March 31, 2015, if any, to be paid subject to the Shareholder’s approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting;
3. To close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company;
