| Exchange Disseminated Time | T T Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2014 has appointed Shri Mahesh C. Mehta as an Additional Director (Independent) of the company to hold office for five consecutive years for a term upto March 31, 2019.
Board has also approved continuation of Shri V. R. Mehta, Shri V. K. Kothari and Shri Navratan Dugar as an Independent Directors of the Company to hold office for five consecutive years for a term upto March 31, 2019.
Both aforesaid appointments are subject to approval of Shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 03, 2014. |
