Revised Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier annoucement dated December 30, 2015, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting. Shalimar Productions Ltd has now informed BSE that due to an inadvertent error failed to mention the resignation tendered by one of the Director of the Company, Mr. Abhishek Palaparthy. Hence, below is the revised Outcome of the Board Meeting in this regard:

The Board of Directors at their Meeting held on December 30, 2015 has considered the following;

1. Approved Listing of 984,328,313 Equity Shares of the Company on i.e. Metropolitan Stock Exchange (MCX) and to make an application to the Exchange in this regard;

2. Ms. Neha Karkera, Company Secretary be authorized to sign the said application and any other documents and comply with all such formalities and requirements as are directed by the said Stock Exchange in connection with the listing;

3. Adoption of various policies under SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;

a. Policy on Preservation of Documents as per Regulation 9 of SEBI (LODR), 2015;
b. Policy for Determination of Material Events in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015;
c. Archival Policy in accordance with Regulation 30(8) of SEBI (LODR), 2015 and

4. Approval of Resignation of Mr. Abhishek Palaparthy from Directorship of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2016.
