The Board Allotment Committee in its meeting held on 31.03.2017 had allotted 24,48,132 Convertible Warrants at an issue price of Rs. 98.19 /- per warrant ( including premium of Rs. 88.19 /-) under preferential issue to Promoters of the Company Viz.,M/s Gowri Gopal Hospitals Private Limited , M/s T G V Projects And Investments Private Limited and T G Bharath .
