In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that there was a fire incident in Vitamin D3 plant of FBL (a subsidiary of DIL Limited), located at Z-109 B & C, SEZ II, Dahej, Taluka - Vagara, Dist : Bharuch - 392130, Gujarat, India on November 29, 2017 at around 04: 00 a.m.
Fortunately, there has been no loss or injury to human life. FBL is assessing the extent of loss of materials and damage to properties. Intimations of the incident report to statutory authorities as well as to the insurance company are in process. FBL will take necessary steps to ensure resumption of its manufacturing operations at its Dahej Vitamin D3 plant, at the earliest. |
