1. Mr. Prakash Sitaram Kenjale was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from September 30, 2014 to September 29, 2019 pursuant to the provisions of sections 149, 152 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 in 19th AGM of the Company held on September 30, 2014.
2. Dr. N. L. Sarda was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from September 30, 2014 to September 29, 2019 pursuant to the provisions of sections 149, 152 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 in 19th AGM of the Company held on September 30, 2014.
3. Mr. Sudhir Joshi was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from September 30, 2014 to September 29, 2019 pursuant to the provisions of sections 149, 152 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 in 19th AGM of the Company held on September 30, 2014.
4. Dr. Shreepad Karmalkar was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from September 30, 2014 to September 29, 2019 pursuant to the provisions of sections 149, 152 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 in 19th AGM of the Company held on September 30, 2014.
5. Ms. Amogha Tadimety was appointed as a Woman Director pursuant to section 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 whose period of office shall be liable to determination by retirement of directors by rotation in 19th AGM of the Company held on September 30, 2014. |
