| Exchange Disseminated Time | Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 21, 2007 proposed to do private placement of 6,64,800 shares of Rs 10/- under the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines. For the purpose, the approval of the shareholders has also been obtained.
The Board has now decided not to proceed with the private placement and accordingly the Board at its meeting held on July 04, 2008 has accorded its approval to withdraw the proposed private placement of equity shares to M/s Silverman Ltd to the tune of 6,64,800 shares of Rs 10/- each, in compliance with SEBI (DIP) Guidelines. |
