The Election of Directors from amongst the shareholders of the Bank (other than the Central Government) was held at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank on Wednesday, 29th November 2017 at Narada Gana Sabha (Sathguru Gnanananda Hall), 314 T T K Road, Chennai-600018.
Based on the total number of votes cast through remote e-voting and poll, the following candidates are elected as Directors from amongst shareholders of the Bank, other than Central Government:
1. SHRI SANJAY RUNGTA
2. SHRI NAVIN PRAKASH SINHA
The above two elected candidates shall assume office as Shareholder Directors from 8th December 2017 and hold office till 7th December 2020. Their brief profiles are enclosed.
