In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Parnax Lab Limited, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 31, 2017 to February 15, 2017, i.e. from the thirty first day of the month following the quarter till 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting. |
