| Exchange Disseminated Time | Infomedia India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the special Resolution to increase in managerial remuneration payable to Mr. Prakash Iyer, Managing Director of the Company effective from April 01, 2007, on remuneration, terms and conditions.
The Company has appointed Mr. Rajiv Adlakha of M/s. R K Adlakha & Associates, Company Secretary, Gurgaon, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer not later then the close of working hours on December 24, 2007. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairperson and / or to the Managing Director of the Company after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be declared by the Chairperson or the Managing Director of the Company on December 26, 2007. |
