| Exchange Disseminated Time | Global Offshore Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Shares / Warrants Allotment Committee of the Company allotted on September 16, 2011 the following on a preferential allotment basis :
1. 4,40,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 121/- per share (including premium of Rs. 111/- per share) to Corporations Acting in Concert with Promoters; and
2. 4,69,700 Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price Rs. 121/- per share (including premium of Rs. 111/- per share), which will be converted into equal number of shares to Promoters/ Promoter Companies and Key Management Persons.
Consequent to the above allotment of shares, the Issued and Paid-up share capital of the Company now stands at Rs. 24,25,90,930. |
