| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/08/2016 18:13:51 | Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that as per the "Insider Trading Code" of the Company and in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 14, 2016 for approving the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from August 25, 2016 to September 17, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
All the aforesaid designated Directors, Employees and other persons have been advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during aforesaid period. The aforesaid window shall reopen from September 19, 2016. |
