1. To consider & approve the un-audited financial results for the 3rd quarter and period ended December 31, 2016.
2. To consider & declare the payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2016-17, if any and fixation of record date for such matter.
Further, the trading window of the Company will remain closed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations from February 02, 2017 to the closing hours of February 12, 2017 (Both days inclusive). |
