| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sumeet Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2013, inter alia, has transacted the following :
- The Company is going to set up 66 KV Electrical sub-station for getting electricity from local utility and is going to establish permanent connectivity to have long term power trading & transactions. In this regards, it has been decided to locate some entities who can provide up to 12 MW power on long term basis under open access regulations. |
