As required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Members of the Company, in its meeting held on 5th August, 2017 has appointed Mr.Hrushikesh S. Kulkarni, Chartered Accountant, Pune (M. No. 160187) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company in place of retiring auditor Mr. Prashant V. Deo, Chartered Accountant, Pune, (M. No.041609) whose term ends at the conclusion of the Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The term of appointment is for a period of 5 years, subject to the condition that his appointment as the Statutory Auditor shall be placed for ratification at every Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
